I agree that the $25 participation fee is non-refundable; all items must be delivered to McKinley Community Center in North Minneapolis by September 25, 2026; late, unsafe, illegal, expired, damaged, inappropriate, or unapproved items may not be distributed; and swag bag participation does not include admission, vendor space, or sponsorship benefits.*
